In support of his arguments with regard to Final Plot No.50, reliance is placed on the communication dated 7.6.2011 addressed by the Office of the District Inspector of Land Records, at page 51, and another communication of July 2011 by the Chief Officer, Bharuch Municipality, to the District Collector, Bharuch.

Issue notice returnable on 31.7.2012.
