This Review Petition has been filed review the order of this Court made in W.P(MD)No.13739 of 2016, dated 29.7.2016.
2.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.
3.The Petitioner has filed this Review Petition only on the ground that the cost has been imposed and that the Administrator of the concerned Corporation is not a party. Admittedly, it is a fit case for imposing cost. But the Administrator is not a party in the Writ Proceedings.
4.In the facts and circumstances, this Court reviewed the above said order and deleted the cost portion, with the observation that even though it is a fit case for imposing cost on the Administrator, who is liable to pay the same, as he is not a party, this Court refrain from imposing cost and this Review Petition is ordered accordingly. No costs.
