Administrative vs Ashaben

1. When the petition is called out and taken up for hearing learned advocate for the petitioner is not present.

2. Under order dated 21.9.2011 petition is already admitted and ad-interim relief in terms of para 8(B) is granted. The respondent authority has filed reply.

3. Since ad-interim relief is granted till further order, the Registry is directed to list the petition in the cause list for final hearing in due course. It would open to the respondent to move separate application if any, relief / request is to be prayed for.
