3. As per the Office Note, First Appeal No.1517 of 1991 has been disposed of vide order dated 18.12.2000 (Coram : M.R. Calla and D.A. Mehta, JJ.).
4. Now, present Civil Application is for condonation of delay in preferring Civil Application for bringing legal heirs of the appellant in First Appeal No.1517 of 1991, who has expired on 22.05.2002.
5. When the main Appeal is disposed of, this Civil Application cannot be entertained. The Office Note stands disposed of accordingly.
