Heard Shri H.P. Dube, learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Kapil Dev Singh Rathore, learned counsel for the respondents no.2 to 4 and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent no.1.
The petitioner in the writ petition is seeking quashing of the order dated 10.05.2018 whereby he has been transferred as Office Assistant Grade-II from Allahabad to Khaga, Fatehpur. The reason for transfer is mentioned as administrative interest.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no departmental/disciplinary proceeding or enquiry against the petitioner.
For purposes of transfer on administrative interest, it is not necessary that there should be any departmental/disciplinary proceeding or enquiry pending against any employee.
The writ petition lacks merit and is accordingly dismissed.
