Connect with Civil MIsc. Writ Petition No. 23212 of 2012.
Learned Standing Counsel has accepted notice for respondent No. 1. Sri A.N. Singh learned counsel has accepted notice for respondent no .2 and Sri A.L. Yadav for respondent Nos. 3 and 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that issue raised in the writ petition are same which is pending consideration in Civil Misc. Writ Petition no. 34867 of 2009, in which this court has already granted interim order.
Respondents may file counter affidavit within three weeks.
List thereafter.
In the meantime, it is provided that without prejudice to rights and contention of the parties respondents are restrained from demanding additional security from the petitioner.
