Heard Sri Subodh Pandey for the petitioner and Sri Rajesh Kumar Pandey for respondents-2 to 4.
This writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 15.7.2016, passed by Nagar Ayukt, Nagar Nigam (respondent-2) in disciplinary proceeding against the petitioner.
Admittedly, the petitioner has filed an appeal against the order dated 15.7.2016, as such, this Court is not inclined to examine its validity at this stage.
The writ petition is disposed of directing the Chairman to forward the appeal of the petitioner to the Appellate Authority within two weeks, which shall decided by the Appellate Authority, on merit, in accordance with law, within four months thereafter.
