This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to quash the order dated 28.9.2018 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Azamgarh in Matrimonial Maintenance Case No. 667 of 17, Surekha Yadav vs. Aditya Kumar, under Section 125 Cr.P.C., P.S.- Jiyanpur, District- Azamgarh.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State. Perused the record.
The impugned order dated 28.9.2018 is an innocuous order in which next date was fixed for disposal of the objections. There is absolutely nothing to be challenged in this order. Counsel has not been able to justify the challenge of the impugned order at all.
The application lacks merit and stands dismissed.
