The petitioner claims that name of her father in Standard X Marks sheet issued by the Central Board of Secondary Education, is wrongly recorded as 'Sanjay Jaiswal' in place of 'Sanjay Kumar Jaiswal'. She has applied for correction. The application has been forwarded by the Principal of the Institution to the Board. According to the petitioner, no final decision has been taken so far.
Notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 & 2 has been accepted by Sri S.P. Sharma, Advocate.
Having regard to the facts of the case and the submissions made, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the second respondent to accord consideration to the request of the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
