The only prayer made by the applicants is that the Principle Judge, Family Court, Kanpur Nagar be directed to decide the case no. 676/2016, under Section 125 Cr.P.C. within a stipulated period.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the applicants' case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
With the aforesaid observations, the instant application is finally disposed off.
