Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner submitted an application form of Assistant Teacher Selection Examination, 2018 (female) and according to which her Registration Number is 5700002002. The petitioner appeared in the examination on the date fixed and answered 71 right answers from the question booklet. The result of Assistant Teacher Selection Examination, 2018 was declared on 13.8.2018 and the petitioner obtained only 63 marks and has been declared as "Not Qualified". The petitioner submitted an application dated 11.9.2018 before the respondent no. 3 alongwith demand draft of Rs. 2,000/- to provide scanned copy of answer book which has not been provided to him till date. He next submitted that a suitable direction may be issued to respondent nos. 2 and 3 to provide scanned copy of answer book to the petitioner within the stipulated period.
Learned Standing Counsel submitted that the application of the petitioner dated 11.9.2018 shall be considered and decision shall be taken at the earliest.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to provide scanned copy of answer book to the petitioner within two weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. In case, there is legal impediment in providing the same, he shall pass a reasoned order within the same period.
