THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER After arguing the matter to some extent, Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the petition with a liberty to file an application for restoration of M.V.C.No.66/2013, which has been dismissed for want of prosecution on 18.07.2014 by the Claims Tribunal. Needless to state that in case the petitioner files such an application, he shall be entitled to the benefit contained under Section 14 of the Limitation Act, 1963.
With the aforesaid liberty, petition is disposed of.
