JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioners have approached this Court complaining about the inaction on the part of the 2nd respondent in announcing the departure of the bus belonging to the 1st petitioner organization. Bus stand is maintained by the 1st respondent and the duty of announcing arrival and departure as also collection of bus stand fee is entrusted with the 2nd respondent.
2. Having regard to the nature of judgment I intend to pass, I do not think that there is any necessity to issue notice to the respondents. 1st petitioner has submitted Ext.P3 petition to the 1st respondent complaining about the inaction on the part of the 2nd respondent. Since the bus stand is managed by the 1st respondent, it is for the 1st respondent to take appropriate action in accordance with the procedure prescribed.
In the result, this writ petition is disposed of as under: 1st respondent shall consider Ext.P3 and pass appropriate orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
