Adil vs State

It is unfortunate that inspite of orders passed earlier the trial has not progressed beyond examining 11 witnesses out of total 50 witnesses and the applicant is in jail since 29.1.2011.

In the above circumstance, it is expected of the trial Court to complete the trial on or before December, 2012.

With the aforesaid, this application is disposed of.
