Correction Application No. 1 of 2018.
Heard Mr. Saoud Alam, learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A. for the State.
This correction has been filed seeking correction in the order dated 21.05.2018.
Learned counsel for the applicants submits that due to an inadvertent mistake one of the charging section, i.e. Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act has not been transcribed in the order dated 21.05.2018. He therefore submits that the order dated 21.05.2018 be corrected accordingly.
Prayer made for is bonafide. Accordingly, the same is allowed.
After the word IPC as occurring in the last line of the second paragraph of the order dated 21.05.2018 Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act shall also be read.
This correction shall form part of the earlier order dated 21.05.2018.
With the aforesaid directions, this correction application stands finally disposed of.
