Colony, Ramanthapur, Uppal, Hyderabad, by the fourth respondent, as illegal, arbitrary and violation of Article 14 of the Constitution of India, and for consequential directions.
It appears that this petition has been made in relation to removal of an illegal encroachment whereas the complaint made to the respondents was in relation to some other subject for which no grievance has been made out in this petition, nor a plea has been made.
We, therefore, dismiss the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate steps in accordance with.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There will be no order as to costs.
