The petitioners have again approached this Court aggrieved with the denial of Hall Ticket for the 5th Semester Examinations scheduled to be held on 9.10.2014 since the enquiry into the allegations of malpractice against them in the 2nd Semester Examinations held on 15.5.2013 has not been finalised till date. The enquiry into the malpractice alleged is said to be still pending.
2. Ext.P1 judgment was passed by this Court, when the 4th Semester Examinations were scheduled and the petitioners were declined participation in the said examinations. Hence, it is only appropriate that the petitioners are permitted to sit provisionally for the 5th Semester examinations commencing from 9.10.2014, W.P.(C) No.25935 of 2014 -: 2 :-
subject, however, to final decision taken by the Syndicate on the enquiry against the petitioners. The students, who have been continuously approaching this Court should not be put to further difficulty and it is only appropriate that the Syndicate expedite the enquiry and complete it, atleast within a period of three months from today.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
