Valuation of this appeal is Rs.15,485.40.

This appeal was filed in the year 2001 as defective appeal and thereafter delay was condoned and regular number was allotted.

The appeal was admitted by order dated 21.5.2004. However, the appellant has not taken steps sofar even though more than 12 years had passed. Under the circumstances and also in view of smallness of the amount involved in this appeal there appears to be no justification to grant further time to the appellant to take steps to serve the respondents.

In view of the aforesaid, the appeal is dismissed.
