This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to forbear the third respondent from cancelling the layout approval granted to the petitioner in respect of lands comprised in Survey Nos. 348/1,2,3,4,5, 370/1,2,3, 368/1,2,3 and 371, Naranammalpuram Selection Grade Town Panchayat, Tirunelveli District as well as the building plan approval granted to the petitioner school viz., Kenbridge School, situates in the said lands except by following due process of law and consequently direct the third respondent to remove the hoarding put up at the entrance of the petitioner lay out, maliciously informing the public that the approval has been cancelled.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on either side, reported that nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.
3.Recording the same, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
