ORDER:
Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Contempt Case with liberty to file fresh contempt case on the ground that the present petition is not properly drafted.
Permission is accorded as sought for.
In the circumstances, the Contempt Case is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Contempt Case shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
