JUDGMENT / ORDER

Respondents no. 1 and 3 are represented through counsel. In respect of respondent no.2 affidavit of service bringing on record a news paper Danik Meerut Samachar dated 12.3.2010 has been brought on record in which the notice of the appeal has been published for service upon respondent no.2.
In view of the aforesaid publication service upon respondent no.2 is also deemed to be served sufficient.
