Heard counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
This application has been filed for quashing charge sheet in Case No. 7574 of 2010-State Vs. Addu @ Aftab, arising out of case Crime No. 284 of 2002, under Sections 482, 486 I.P.C. and 63/64 Copy Right Act and 78/79 Trade and Markendise Act, Police Station Sorawan, District Allahabad, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Allahabad.
I am not inclined to quash the charge sheet at very inception of the trial.
However, this application is disposed of with the direction that in the event, the applicant appears before the court concerned and applies for bail within three weeks from today in Case No. 7574 of 2010-State Vs. Addu @ Aftab, arising out of case Crime No. 284 of 2002, under Sections 482, 486 I.P.C. and 63/64 Copy Right Act and 78/79 Trade and Markendise Act, Police Station Sorawan, District Allahabad, the same shall be considered and disposed of expeditiously, preferably if possible on the same day.
For a period of four weeks from today no coercive measure shall be taken against the applicant pursuant to non-bailable warrant issued against him.
