The learned counsel for the revision petitioners submits that he has no instruction from the petitioners. It is also submitted that, earlier, when he contacted the party, they told him that some settlement talk was going on; but thereafter, there is no instruction from the party.

2. In view of the submission at the Bar, it can be reasonably presumed that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the matter. Hence this Revision Petition will stand dismissed for default.
