(Per : HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE MR.BHASKAR BHATTACHARYA) This is an Application for restoration of the Appeal dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 23rd March 2012, by which the appellant was directed to remove the office objections before 29th March 2012.
After hearing Mr.Parikh, the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner and after going through the explanation given in the Application, we are convinced that sufficient cause has been made out for non-compliance of our order dated 23rd March 2012. We, accordingly allow the Application and recall our order dated 23rd March 2012 by restoring the Appeal, on condition that the office objections must be removed within ten days from today. In default, this Application will stand dismissed.
