Respondents WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through his Advocate SRI SURESH KUMAR POTTURI, presented this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed here in the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction preferably a Writ in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in disabling the User ID and password of the petitioners Meeseva center thereby preventing from discharging duties as Village, Level Entrepreneur from 18-11-2013 without following any law, provisions of agreement as illegal, arbitrary, and Violation of Articles 14 & 21 of the Constitution of India, consequently, direct the Respondents to permit the petitioner to run the Meeseva centre at Avanigadda Village and Mandal, Krishna District as done earlier by enabling his User ID and Password;
AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of SRI SURESH KUMAR POTTURI, Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this writ petition should not be admitted in the circumstances set out in the petition and the affidavit filed in Writ Petition.
