Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.G.Kiran Kumar Reddy, the learned counsel for respondent No.1.
This Contempt Case is filed alleging disobedience of interim orders, dated 07.02.2014, passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.3295 of 2014 in W.P.No.2689 of 2014, wherein the respondents were directed to furnish user I.D. and password to enable the petitioner to run the Mee-seva Centre at Avanigadda Village and Mandal, Krishna District.
Learned Government Pleader for Information and Technology has produced a copy of the order, dated 25.04.2014, passed by the Joint Collector, Krishna District, the 2nd respondent herein, directing connectivity and issuance of password. It is now reported that the order is complied with and the petitioner’s Mee-seva Centre is functioning.
Though the order of this Court is complied with belatedly, there is no apparent wilful disobedience on the part of the respondents.
The Contempt Case is accordingly dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
