This Criminal Petition is filed under section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash FIR in Crime No. 31 of 2012 of Miyapur Police Station, Hyderabad, which is registered for offences under section 366, 365, 380, 384, 506 and 122-B of IPC.
2. This matter is posted under the caption of dismissal in the year 2012 itself and again when it is listed on 02/4/2014 no one appeared on behalf of petitioner and when the matter is posted to this day under the caption of dismissal, none appeared on behalf of petitioner. After obtaining interim stay, the petitioner is not evincing any interest in prosecuting the case. On account of interim stay, there is no progress in the investigation of Crime No. 31 of 2012 of Miyapur Police Station.
3. For the above reasons, this Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
