ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo seeking leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.
The aforesaid memo is taken on record.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
In view of dismissal of the main petition, pending interlocutory application does not survive for consideration, Hence, dismissed.
