JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner-husband is before this Court seeking transfer of his petition as O.P (HMA) No.1329/2013 pending before the Family Court, Nedumangad to Family Court, Attingal. 2. It is pointed out by the petitioner that a petition for the very same relief filed by the respondent-wife is already pending before the Family Court, Attingal and it will be only proper that both the petitions are disposed of by the same court.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent pointed out that there was an observation in the matter pending before the Family Court, Nedumangad that the address given by the petitioner may not be correct. It is also pointed out that the respondent has no objection in transferring the matter to Family Court, Attingal. It is prayed that there may be a direction to hear the two matters together.
T.P.(C) No.400/2014 2 In the light of the fact that the petition filed by the respondent is pending before the Family Court, Attingal, no prejudice will be caused to the respondent by having the matter transferred to Family Court, Attingal. It is so ordered. The court below will dispose of both the cases jointly as early as possible, at any rate, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
