Adarsh vs Unknown

High Court Of Gujarat|27 March, 2012

JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE AKIL KURESHI) Learned Advocate Shri Dhaval Dave has placed on record further affidavit dated 27th March,2012. Along with such affidavit, he has given details of result of remaining seven students in the College who appeared in Third MBBS Examination in Parts I/II. From the Chart, it emerges that out of seven students, three have failed and in case of one student, result has been reserved. It emerges that in all, only seven students are left with the College. It would not be viable to run the institution for only seven students. In facts of the case, we are of the opinion that it would be more practicable to absorb these students in any other recognized College from where they can pursue their remaining study.
By the next date of hearing, the Government may identify such institutions where the students can be spread over and accommodated without causing any inconvenience to the students and over load to the institution. Learned Counsel appearing for the M.C.I. Shall also take instructions in this respect. S.O. to 10th April, 2012.
