Heard Ms. Kamla Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Rahul Malviya, learned Standing Counsel for all the respondents.
By means of the present petition, the petitioner has challenged the inquiry, however, the learned counsel for the petitioner admits that no action has been taken pursuant to the said inquiry in the present writ petition, the writ petition is, therefore, premature.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition so as to enable him to file fresh petition against any action, if taken pursuant to the inquiry.
In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
