This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following relief:
"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari calling for the records and quashing he work orders issued by the respondent no. 3 in favour of respondent nos. 4 to 7 and other ineligible persons."
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Tarun Verma, learned counsel for the respondents Corporation and perused the record.
Learned counsel for the petitioner confined his prayer to the extent that the petitioner has already made a representation on 26.10.2018 before the concerned authority i.e. respondent no.3 but no decision has yet been taken by the concerned authority on the said representation and therefore the concerned authority may be directed to decide the same within a stipulated period of time with a further direction to him to provide a copy of the work order issued in favour of the respondents no.4 ,5,6, and 7 to the petitioner forthwith.
In substance the petitioner appears to be aggrieved by non disposal of his representation dated 26.10.2018 made before the respondent no.3.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the Respondent No. 3 to pass appropriate order on the representation of the petitioner dated 1610.2018 in accordance with law within ten days from today and provide a copy of the work order issued in favour of the respondents no. 4 to 7 to the petitioner forthwith.
