Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed to expedite the Case No. 2488 of 2015, State Vs. Monu Yadav and others, in Case Crime No.126 of 2015 under Section 147, 336, 323, 504, 506, 427, 353 I.P.C. Police Station Fatehgarh, District Farrukhabad, U.P. pending before Chief Judicial Magistrate, Farrukhabad since 20.2.2015 within stipulated period.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is facing trial in aforesaid offences since 30.3.2017. He is a student of B.Com Part II. On account of pendency of proceedings, he is suffering great hardship and, in this view of the matter, learned Magistrate may be directed to conclude the trial within a stipulated period.
Be that as it may, as the charges against the accused have already been framed on 2.11.2017, and the matter is pending and fixed for recording of evidence, I deem it fit to direct the concerned court to expedite trial of the aforesaid case and conclude the same expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, by fixing short dates provided if there is no legal impediment.
