Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to implead the Examination Committee as party respondent.
The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to issue a fresh marksheet of the petitioner for M.Ed. 1st year examination for the academic session 2015-16.
Learned counsel for the respondent University submits that the case of the petitioner is under consideration before the Examination Committee of the respondent University.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submit that the petitioner has appeared in the practical examination of M.Ed. Ist year 2015-16 on 08.09.2017. The marks awarded to him in the practical examination are appended to this writ petition. He relies on the statement of the marks of petitioner of M.Ed. 1st year Regular Examination for academic session 2015-16. The marksheet dated 12.10.2018 records that the petitioner has been promoted. He also contends that the petitioner has been admitted to M.Ed IInd year and has deposited the admission fee.
In view of above submission, the Examination Controller is directed to place the matter before the Examination Committee forthwith upon receipt of certified copy of the order. The Examination Committee of the respondent University is directed to decide the matter relating to issuance of marksheet of the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order along with fresh copy of the representation. The Examination Committee shall consider the documents which are relied upon by learned counsel for the petitioner and any other documents he seeks to rely on in support of his case.
The writ petition is disposed of finally.
