Heard Sri Kamlesh Shukla, learned counsel for the applicant and Ms. Sanyuukta Singh, learned AGA appearing for the State.
This anticipatory bail application moved on behalf of applicant praying to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No.244 of 2019, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 307, IPC, Police Station Handia, District Prayagraj.
It has been contended by the counsel for the applicant that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant has no criminal antecedent to his credit. Therefore, the applicant may be enlarged on anticipatory bail.
Learned AGA appearing for the State opposed the bail and submitted that looking to the nature of injury, the applicant is not entitled to be enlarged on ancipatery bail.
Accordingly, looking to the aforesaid facts and circumstances, no case for grant of any indulgence has been made out.
Accordingly, the present Anticipatory bail is rejected.
