Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State and also perused the records.
Grievance of the petitioner is that the Appeal being Case No.298 of 2021, under Section 38(4) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, was not being decided. A prayer, therefore, has been made for a direction to decide the aforesaid Appeal expeditiously.
Learned Standing Counsel states that all endeavour shall be made to decide the aforesaid Appeal.
Without entering into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the Appeal being Case No.298 of 2021, under Section 38(4) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, be decided, unless there is any legal impediment, within a period of four months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order. It is further provided that if any application for interim relief is filed, order thereon shall be passed within a period of two weeks from the date of presentation of the application. Copy of this order would be duly certified by the petitioner's counsel.
With the aforesaid observations/directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
