ORDER:
This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the order dated 28.04.2014 passed in I.A.No.432/2014 in O.S.No.10/2011 on the file of the Court of the Additional District Judge, West Godavari District, Kovvur.
I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and perused the material available on record.
The Court below has rightly dismissed the petition filed by the petitioners to summon the Tahsildar, Koyyalagudem on the ground that the petitioners can obtain certified copies of the documents.
The Civil Revision Petition has no merit and accordingly, the same is dismissed at the stage of admission. No order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
