ORDER:
This appeal arises out of judgment and decree, dated 01.10.2012, in O.S.No.72 of 2010 on the file of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Razole.
Sri Dasari S.V.V.S.V.Prasad, learned counsel for the appellants, addressed letter, dated 16.09.2014, to the Registrar (Judicial) informing that the appellants want to settle the dispute with the respondent-bank by clearing the debt due to it and that therefore, they have requested him to withdraw the appeal.
At the hearing, Sri Dasari S.V.V.S.V.Prasad, learned counsel for the appellants, reiterated the said request.
In view of the above, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
