The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the court below to decide Misc. Case. No. 11 of 2018, filed by the respondent no.2 and Execution Case No. 2 of 2018 filed by the petitioner within a stipulated time frame.
Sri Amit Negi, learned counsel for the respondent no.2 has not objection in case direction is issued by this Court to the court below to conclude the proceedings of both the cases within a stipulated time frame.
Accordingly, court below is directed to decide the Misc. Case No. 11 of 2018 as well as Execution Case No. 2 of 2018 expeditiously, by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments.
