Acrologic Business Solutions ... vs Satheesh Kumar Manoharan @ Sam

Madras High Court|20 January, 2017

JUDGMENT / ORDER

The respondent has not filed any reply. The respondent disputed the execution of the agreement and thus, learned counsel for the petitioner had prayed for one week's time to file the affidavit of witnesses. Those affidavits have also not been filed. None appears for the petitioner and the respondent as well. Parties do not seem to be interested in proceeding with the matter.
Original petition is, thus, closed with liberty to revive when directions passed in the order dated 18.11.2016 are complied with.
