Petitioner has approached this Court aggrieved by the demand raised by the water authority for consumption of water. This Writ Petition is filed in the year 2005. Petitioner challenge Ext.P16 order of the water authority. It is stated in Ext.P16, petitioner has only paid water charges upto 2/2012 and petitioner was intimated to pay 50% of the outstanding dues and based on that, steps will be taken to replace the faulty meter without delay.
2. Considering the nature of order passed in Ext.P16, and also noting the fact that this Writ Petition is of the year, 2005, I do not find any other reason to interfere with the order passed by the Water Authority. If petitioner complies with the request, necessary action been taken to replace the meter.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
