1. Heard Mr.Sanjay Suthar, learned advocate for Mr.N.K.Majmudar, learned counsel for the petitioner. It is submitted that after the Town Planning Scheme came to be finalized, the petitioner was allotted Final Plot No.306. On the basis of the same, the name of the petitioner was entered into the revenue record. However, entries posted in favour of the petitioner have been cancelled by the Deputy Collector. It is further submitted that the petitioner carried the matter in revision, but the application for grant of interim relief has been rejected by respondent no.1, without recording any reasons.
