Petitioners have filed Ext. P2 appeal and Ext. P2(b) stay petition against the order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer under the Land Conservancy Act. Petitioners are now threatened with dispossession pending the appeal. 2. Having regard to the aforesaid factual situation, I am of the view that the writ petition can be disposed of as under:
The 1st respondent shall consider Exts. P2 and P2(b) and pass appropriate orders within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. In the meantime, the petitioners shall not be dispossessed from the property in question if they are already in possession.
