Let the same be incorporated during the course of the day. Post amendment, this writ petition seeks the following relief-
"I) issue a direction directing the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Shahganj, District Jaunpur, respondent no.2 to conclude the hearing and decide of the case No.00685/2018 Computerized Case No.T-201814360100685, under Section 24 of Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006, Achchhe Lal Versus Gaon Panchayat and others, expeditiously or within such stipulated time which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."
The application for demarcation sought to be expedited is pending consideration since the year 2018.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Shahganj, District Jaunpur, respondent no.2 to endeavour to decide the case of the petitioner, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before hi Order Date :- 18.12.2019 RKM
