JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Satyendra Singh Chauhan,J.
Sri Saheb Lal, who appears for the Bank, placed before this Court,instructions which were sent by the Bank. In some paras the entitlement of the petitioner is clearly admitted.
Learned counsel for the for the petitioner submits that the Bank has issued the cheque from the account which has already been freezed.
Learned Counsel for the Bank shall ensure that the petitioner's amount is released on or before the date fixed failing which an order may be passed to summon the Manager to inform the things.
List this matter in the next cause list.
