The petitioner claims to be the evictee from the land for the purpose of development and construction of the Cochin International Airport Limited. The petitioner submits that by virtue of the scheme floated by the Airport Authorities, the right to operate a taxi is given to the evictees. The petitioner raised Ext.P2 complaint against the third respondent. According to the petitioner, the third respondent is operating the taxi claiming as a near relative of the petitioner. It appears that pursuant to the complaint, enquiry has been conducted as per Ext.P4. The petitioner approached this Court on account of the delay in finalisation of the proceedings pursuant to Ext.P2 complaint.
In view of the pendency of the above, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to finalise the proceedings W.P.(C) No.27388 of 2014 2 pursuant to Ext.P2 complaint after hearing the petitioner and the third respondent within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
