No representation for the petitioner. Last day, last chance was ordered. The learned counsel for the first respondent is present. On going through the orders passed by the court below, which had concurrently concluded that no interference is required, does not suffer from any illegality, irregularity or impropriety. This Court has gone through the orders passed by the learned Magistrate as well as the learned Additional Sessions Judge. I do not find any illegality, irregularity or impropriety in the orders. The impugned order does not call for any interference at all. This Crl.R.P shall stand dismissed.
