Abu Uppallath vs Puthiya Veettil Mahamood

The trial in the suit has already commenced. The plea of the first plaintiff to refer the question of tenancy to the Land Tribunal was earlier turned down. The very same plea now raised by the second plaintiff by way of replication was found to be bereft of bonafides. I do not find any error of jurisdiction in the order impugned warranting interference in this supervisory jurisdiction. The Original Petition is dismissed.
