JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ashok Bhushan, Ag.CJ.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned State Attorney. No notice is being issued to respondents 3 to 5, in view of the order, which is being passed. Respondents 3 to 5 are at liberty to make application for variation of the order, if so advised.
2. The petitioner in this Writ Petition has come up seeking a direction to the second respondent to stop harassment against the petitioner and his family by directing him to produce his minor child before the police station in connection with the complaint filed by respondents 3 and 4.
3. The learned State Attorney submitted that respondents 3 and 4 have filed a complaint, on the basis of which Crime No.519/2014 was registered regarding WP(C).27268/14 2 missing of her daughter, 5th respondent. Subsequently, the fifth respondent surrendered and was handed over to the Police. The learned State Attorney further submitted that the Police have not taken any further action with the said crime.
In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned State Attorney, we do not find any reason to continue the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is closed.
