JUDGMENT / ORDER

Sri Pulak Ganguli has filed power on behalf of the applicant which is taken on record. Sri Vikas Srivastava, learned counsel for the complainant has filed power on his behalf is also taken on record.
Counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant is in Jail since 5.8.2014 but he has not mentioned the same in the bail application.
He has filed supplementary affidavit.
List after two weeks by which date he shall file a supplementary affidavit stating about the period of the detention of the applicant in jail.
